As of Monday, 8/6/18, all work will be accepted by 11:59 p.m. one week (7 days) after the assigned date unless otherwise noted, primarily at the stated due date for progress report time and report card time. If the student is absent with an excused absence on the absolute last day the assignment is due--that 7th day--and the excuse is presented when returning to school, the student will be allowed an additional 7 days to turn in the work. If the student is absent on the day the assignment is assigned, there will be no additional time to complete the work since there are already 7 days built in to compete the assignment, and assignments will be posted under the corresponding class tab on the website. If the work is not turned in within the 7 days of the assigned date, then the student will receive a 50%, and it shall remain in the gradebook. Exceptions may apply on an individual basis as they arise including, but not limited to, extended illness, bereavement, or other documentation on file, and must be cleared with me or other school-based official.
